Elsa it all looks great!!! One tip for everyone is to freshly grind your flax seeds, as whole seeds just pass through with no benefit at all.

Omg familiar brands in the ingredients. Most cooking channels I follow are British or American so it's a nice change to see some familiar packaging (and I'm not even in Australia, I'm in New Zealand but a lot of cross over for our supermarkets).

Hi Elsa! Love these recipes especially the first one. I'd love to see more videos like this for snacks and lunches you can bring to work, a little 'haul' video showing us where all of your pots/plates/cups are from, a house tour, the best bits of Byron Bay like where to stay/eat/do and seeing your wardrobe collection! I add cumin, garlic & paprika to the bean mix and I put avocado on the toast first 🙂 lol I do that with my scrambled tofu as well 😂😊 I love IKEAs bean mix, almost got the taste by using a salsa dip mixture and I added the usual above ingredients.

Ooooo love it ellie!! So envious of all the beautiful plates you own! Could you do a similar one for lunch and dinner i like the ones you can meal prep!! 😊 Also I would love love love to see a fashion video where you come up with a capsule wardrobe/10 item wardrobe for a season (your must haves and how you would style them in different ways). I think if people could see you can own fewer clothes but style them many ways, they would be more inclined to shop higher quality sustainable clothes that will last ☺️ you have the cutest style! xxx

You need to grind the flax seeds in order for your body to properly absorb the nutrients. It also makes them easier to digest. If you don't grind them, they will just pass through your body.
