Basically you’re making a plant-based butter milk so you can choose to add the vinegar to the plant milk and let it curdle and then add it to the flour mixture

when i tried konjac noodles my stomach bloated so much and i was in so much pain that i couldn't sleep. thankfully i finally ended up vomiting them up (they were still whole). i have never felt like that after eating anything before and honestly thought i would have to go to hospital. however, i know people that eat them a lot and they are fine! just thought i'd share before people try them :)
@jamie-leaday4075 жыл бұрын
Olivia M omg now I’m scared to try them lol. I have the noodles and rice in my fridge. I’m super sensitive to a lot of different foods.

@@jamie-leaday407 Personally, I've eaten them almost my whole life and never had that issue. I would start out with a small portion and see how you handle it and go from there!

Is the recipe quantities you listed (1 cup flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar) what yielded your 2/could be 4 people worth of pancakes, or do you mean you doubled it to make the two portions worth of pancakes? Thanks! Can’t wait to make these!!
@ElsasWholesomeLife5 жыл бұрын
101myopinion well you could double the qty but what I meant was this was a pretty big serving, you could just have 2 pancakes each and get 4 serves. The stack was really filling, I couldn’t finish it all :)
