Pinafores are my favorite thing to wear. (We call them jumpers, as you know, not to be confused with a pullover sweater lol). I love them with turtlenecks and tights and boots! Obviously, I am an Autumn/Winter lover and miserable when I have to pack them all away for Summer! Xojennyinseattle

I really wish more patterns included finished garment measurements so I can decide for myself how much ease I want without making toiles all the time. Measuring flat patterns to find out finished size can be tricky. I love pinafores but still haven't found the perfect fit for me as I'm quite busty, thanks for this compilation.

I am working on a jacket right now but my next plan its to hack the Harlene dungarees into a pinafore. Since I have made them once I think it won’t be to hard to do. After seeing yours I think I would like the pinafore you made from the Ogden cami. It’s really cute on you 😊

Hi Cath: Are pinafores a big thing in England? Not so much here in the states, although I do echo what Andrea said about them being called jumpers here. I did wear them when I was young at school :O)

Hey Donna! Pinafores are really popular within the Cottage Core aesthetic all over the world. But it's a niche aesthetic that maybe not everybody has heard of. Also popular with people who like vintage style.
