Thanks for your answer, Jake. I started wondering whether I was just too dumb to find it online. There’s not really much on the internet on DIYing these, which probably adds to the cost of the big brand ones like Ultra and such. I’m planning to build a large board myself, but there’s just so many little things I don’t understand (putting together all the power converters, dimmers, switches, wirings, etc.) that I was hoping someone had already gone through the process and could share a thought or two. I’ll be looking forward to that vid. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

Hey fella - did you ever do that video on how to make your own light? I've looked but can't see it - apologies if you have and I'm being a dummy 😂 I've been doing minor stuff with a line board, but while I can see distortions etc... it's wierd, it plays havoc with my eyes and I end up going "board blind" 😂 From the way I've had to use light in other areas of life, I really think your type of lamp would work better for me - but since this is a hobby - and I'm skint - a DIY solution would be awesome!

We have a local pdr guy who is very good and said I could ride with for a few weeks and learn from him. Has anyone else taken any of this classes?

I personally learned a lot, just watching someone good doing the repairs and telling me why he did those actions! I believe you can save all this money, follow the guy, get the information, tips and tricks as much you can. Start buy cheaper, but nice tools. I started with DentMagic and Dentcraft. About glue, I got Keko tools. Very nice tools to start.
