Very happy to see a dermatologist talking about skin healing foods. the dermatologists I’ve visited in North America rarely acknowledge the power of food on skin. Also, Dr. Liv gives advice and tips and doesn’t try to sell you anything! Very refreshing to listen to ! Thank you!

Why not baking soda?
@kristinas5714
@kristinas5714 5 жыл бұрын
Baking soda is alkaline and on the ph scale it’s between an 8-10. Human skin is slightly acidic close to 5.5 ph so the baking soda alkalinity will strip the skin and ruin the ph balance.

Flax seed oil isn’t bad at all! In fact it’s one of the best oils as long as not heated! It’s also the only oil allowed on the Gerson Therapy. Use all oils very sparingly and no oil fried/heated. 💕 This is a very good video except for a couple things imo. Nuts are easier to assimilate if soaked over night. I,000% agree on cold pressed juicing!! Such a cute animated doctor. Fun to watch even though I don’t agree with everything 🤗
