I’m addicted to sunscreen lotion regardless of any weather conditions. I don’t eat red meat. I’m not a fan of too much dairy products. And I avoid stress as much as possible!

Baking soda is alkaline and on the ph scale it’s between an 8-10. Human skin is slightly acidic close to 5.5 ph so the baking soda alkalinity will strip the skin and ruin the ph balance.

Flax seed oil isn’t bad at all! In fact it’s one of the best oils as long as not heated! It’s also the only oil allowed on the Gerson Therapy. Use all oils very sparingly and no oil fried/heated. 💕 This is a very good video except for a couple things imo. Nuts are easier to assimilate if soaked over night. I,000% agree on cold pressed juicing!! Such a cute animated doctor. Fun to watch even though I don’t agree with everything 🤗

I have not eaten animals in over 40 years including fish. I use avocado for my oils. Almonds great calcium . I love lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I 💯 % agree with diet effecting our skin!! I drink a ton of fresh cold pressed vegetable juices which I make myself.
