Lauren, I have been a silent follower for I think, a decade now. Watching this video made my heart feel so full. It's been a beautiful journey to not only watch you grow up, but grow up with you. Thank you for sharing such special and intimate moments in your life with us, for so long. I hope you are so proud of the life you have created for yourself, because I am.

The part of you talking about moms having hired help and how it takes such a village to raise kids is so real. I nanny for a mom in my city and I also can't imagine how anyone does it completely alone
@kayla2fit5 ай бұрын
Thanks for being so transparent! I’ve always wondered how other moms do it. Both my husband and I work full time, have two kids, and am pregnant with my third (so now cutting back a little at work) but it’s just us two raising our kids the best we can. Unfortunately since we don’t have family help we do have to move away from everyone we know so I can be home an extra day. But knowing that some moms do have help whether it’s a nanny or a cleaner makes me feel more at peace, knowing it’s okay to not have it all together 😂🙌🏽 so thanks for being transparent!

I'm a 25 year-old and I have been watching your videos for a few years. Really appreciate how transparent you are in your videos. I have a twin and we grew up with a live-in help up til 15 years old to cook, clean etc (it's very normal where I am from but has been becoming a little less common due to higher costs of living). My parents worked full-time and when my mom became a single mom when we were 10 and had to take on a side job on top of her full-time job. We definitely wouldn't have been raised straight if we had not had help. From what I can see and I'm sure other followers will agree, you're doing a great job at ensuring your needs as a family unit and as individuals are being taken care of as best as you can. Moms work round the clock regardless of what jobs they have and I'm sure your kid will look back in the future and appreciate how much you have sacrificed and will continue to sacrifice out of love for him. Also, coming from a tropical equatorial country that's really hot with a relative 82% humidity all year round, I could never workout outdoors during the day because it feels like I'm being drowned in my own sweat while being scorched. No harm in exercising indoors with a fan or AC on hahaha

Hey Lauren! I've been a professional nanny for over 5 years. You're absolutely right, raising children often takes a whole village. There's no shame in seeking help, whether it's from family, friends, or professional childcare providers. I'm so happy you have that support system in place!

you have remained sooo relatable!! i love you and your family! its so beautiful!! a great example of a healthy household... and I've seen yall grow from the beggining! absolutely beautiful. thank you for your transparency. as a single mom with no help and striving to put myself and my son in a better position and finding that village you can trust is a whole journey in and of itself and it is not easy! like you said, im lucky to get a shower to myself for 5 mins! and i love it and wouldnt trade it for the world, but it is so easy to compare and feel so inadequate bc how are these moms doing it and making it look so easy and im just *failing* but not... its that constant mother feeling of wanting to do all the right things for your baby. Thank you so much for your transparency and being a beautiful inspiration doing it! and making if fun and happy and loving and honest!! I was in tears literally when you were talking about having a village and how that looks so different in our times. I love you!!!! you inspire me in so many ways, as you do so many others. I'm so glad you have continued to show your life and evolution with your family, i can only imagine how it hasn't been so easy. but it has given so many of us hope and encouragement and comeplete TEA on all the good things. Love you girl!!! Keep shining your light bright!!!!!
