You have to do the work. Anyway, they eat at McDonald's every morning and in one case the guy saying it to me may have had a smaller portion lunch but he also had a slice of pie and a 24oz soda. The worst is when they do get the surgery and still.. "makes" their partner to get some pizza or something To The Hospital. Like they cannot anyway eat as much as before but they still evidently try to. Even tho the stomach have Just been reduced so it's even dangerous. There should be a lot of therapy about the subject meanwhile doing the dieting/show. It's one of the hardest addictions to maintain afterwards since you do have to eat.. and cannot just stay away from the addiction. So it would be important to discuss where it's coming from and alternatives of where to take life (since addicts many times switch to a positive addiction). There have been even cases of being addicted to water. This professional told like a really sad story of a woman who kicked alcohol. So she was like really on point of always hydrating herself and kinda already it sounded like she had gotten addicted to that since she always had water on her and was always hydrating. Well it ended sadly because one time she noticed by accident that by drinking too much you get this out of it feeling, on top a nauseous and a massive diarrea, since it's water poisoning. She just then started to do that on purpose to get that stress free brain empty feeling. Ultimatelly offed herself since it was just too much after kicking hc alcoholism and now you are drinking water to a point you feel nauseous and it shoots straight thru you.. Also again, you cannot just stay away from drinking water.

Sugar Addition in real. I detoxed off of sugar and lost nearly 100 lbs. When you are in a constant state of depression and the only positive reinforcement you get in life is the Dopamine release you get from eating sugar. You only eat to feel something other than the massive depression you have from self loathing... There are no shortcuts and detoxing off sugar has completely changed my life. I am not nearly as hungry as I used to be. Good food tastes amazing now and I have not eaten any sugar in nearly 8 months. Sugar is such a drug and we all abuse it way too much. Kids are getting hooked before they even know what they are signing up for. Everything from physical health to mental health I have never felt better. We can never address the Obesity problem without stressing the Addiction and the Mental side of addiction. If we treated Food addiction like other addictions I think we would all be better for it.
