The skulls, compositions are great. The backgrounds are great..you have a great base to go forward on. As for the dramatic sea scapes, I think Rembrandt collected paintings by someone I do not remember his name? but Rembrandt was influenced by his seascapes with waves and dramatic skies.

Only piece of advice i could give you would be to stop being so mean to yourself and your art.... For real ....your work is beautiful. I definitely could tell that you were in those paintings!!! Just learn to love your flaws that is where the art is!!! Great work. thanks for sharing and cut yourself a break..

I’m going down the same path since I’m about to go into my senior year and am also taking ap art. how were you able to find or take reference photos for paintings like the ones at 6:16 ? (if you did use one) finding good reference photos seem to be the most difficult part of creating for me

i lovee scrolling through pinterest for inspiration, and a good tip is to just group your subjects in odd numbers (for example, if you're drawing fruits, 3 and 2 is better than 2 and 2).
