Darren till is the prime example of how hard this sport is. He was given the push, but he couldn’t stay in the win column. He reached the top 10 in the UFC that’s not bad. Time for him to move on. If he thinks flip flopping sports and expect to be a champ at 35-36 then he’s also not a very smart guy. At least he’ll make a lil money boxing. He’s a great kickboxer that got knocked out my masvidal. Let that sink in.

Those guys taking advantage of Till was actually a show of respect. They saw potential in him and wanted to see if he could take a beating and not give up. This is often done in Pro Wrestling training as well.

I wonder if he's either terrified of the possible risks of surgeries (both knees are torn, acl on one and mcl on the other), or if he has unique tears and the doctors have all told him he will have decreased mobility after this particular surgery. Maybe he thinks, while it might be healthier for everyday life, it might be worse for his fighting career. I could be completely wrong, but it's the only reasons I can think of for him delaying the surgery while his coaches and Khamzat are encouraging him to get it done. He couldn't even sprawl in his fight against Du Plessis. His legs looked so stiff, like he was like a massive tree falling down.

Which this change the entire trajectory of the entire WW division at that time. Because most likely, Wonderboy wouldn’t have faced Anthony Pettis he would’ve most likely received another title shot which would’ve been the Woodley part 3 fight.
