Sam really is the man. It is one thing to cook good food, but it is a whole other level to cook good and to make it look good on camera while entertaining the audience. His backyard dinner parties must be a blast

I also like how a lot of his recipes are relatively simply in ingredients and cooking methods

Every time I cook lobster I freeze the shells and when I have enough I make lobster stock. Great way to get a second use of an expensive product.

Took me back to a trip my husband and I took to Puerto Nuevo many years ago. Best lobster I ever had. You've inspired me.

Good God. I haven't been to Puerto Nuevo in ages. The place used to be a shack out on the bluff overlooking the ocean. Great memories of surf trips to Baja with my brother and friends when we were all in our twenties. Baja has changed quite a bit but somehow it's still the same. Just more people now. Not unlike So Cal. Thanks, Chance, for the post credit scene. Love you guys!

I know how you feel , my family has always been around Puerto Nuevo . I love that place , I went back recently , it is different and definitely has a very tourist vibe but the food is still very good , I'm glad my family has always had roots there I grew up there

Definitely gonna have to make this at home! Been ages since sitting down to a traditional Puerto Nuevo spread. About a year ago we came across a burger that had a Korean spin, that you may enjoy. We eat it a couple times a month. It is sriracha mayo, white American cheese, with red onions and pickled radish. So good! Would love to see your spin on it.

OK bro. I am with you on almost everything....except for this one detail. I live in South Florida and have grilled lobster for decades. Put your melted butter on those tails (along with your favorite seasoning)with some fresh squeezed lemon and cook them MEAT SIDE DOWN FIRST!!! Then flip them over to finish cooking. And ditch that gas grill and cook over charcoal (real fire).
