Thank you so much for doing this two-part series! It is something that I’ve been wondering about for a while. I would loved your recommendations for niacinamide alternatives. I know niacinamide is supposed to be great for sensitive skin but for some reason it seems to make things worse, not better. But I would still like the skin barrier protection and pore size reducing benefits.

It's true that not everyone skin can handle niacinamide but I think it's a very small percentage honestly. If it's causing stinging most likely Your Skin Barrier is struggling. It's like a catch 22. Niacinamide is good for Skin Barrier but once it's already compromised, you have to repair the barrier first and then go back to trying niacinamide at that point

Awesome video! Thank you! A few questions. 1. I use the weekend glow skin toner by versed daily am/pm. Is this something I can continue or limit to my 2nd treatment night? 2. You had some repair serums in your hand during the video but never mentioned what they were in the video. In the description there are a lot of products mentioned and I’m not sure which reference the repair serums. Can I assume these are: Vichy Mineral 89, Versed Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum, and the Paula’s Choice products mentioned, and the Neutrogena Rapid tone Repair 20% Vitamin C Serum Capsules? 3. You mentioned using the avene bakuchiol serum in the a.m’s or as a 2nd treatment for your evening routines. I had just watched another one of yours (can’t remember which!) where you advised using this in the pm’s as it can take a while to dry and is a bit thick. I also agree. Wondering what you are using as your am treatment now, or what you would recommend. Thanks again for the great info!

You can skip a step and use a moisturizer with a sunscreen in it. Also I heard anything with a spf of u Nder 30 don't work

Should I only use it on nights 1& 2? I am building my routine slowly because of sensitivity and haven’t added a retinol product for the rest of my face yet. I have been using and LOVING the CeraVe Skin Renewing Nightly Exfoliating Treatment. I have seen great results in just a week with skin smoothness, hyperpigmentation, and reduced pore size. I have been using it on the same nights as the eye cream and so far, so good, but would like to know if that’s okay? I am careful not to get them near each other. Thank you!
