I think it's important to understand that to someone who is severerly addicted to porn, they should first try quitting porn, rather than trying to catch 2 birds with one stone, by attempting to quit porn and masturbation at the same time. At least for me that has lead to so much frustration, because when I felt bad about relapsing, I turned to porn again and vice versa. Quitting both porn and masturbation at the same time can put a lot of pressure on some people and might hinder their success and make things worse. I've found that for me the best way is only allowing myself to fap without porn or any nsfw material and then when I have established that, try fapping less.
