Really appreciate these videos Frank. I'm scratch building an LSA and the detail shots of the factory kit really answers questions on layout. Just hung the rudder and building the vertical fin today.

Sorry hit send before finished. The nickel nicopresses are proper for stainless cable. I can’t tell if yours is stainless for sure , but it looks like it. I cut my copper ones off carefully with a dremel and replaced with the nickel ones. Hope to see ya in reklaw.

Kitfoxj thanks, the cable is galvanized. But I did not know that about nickel is for stainless, good to know.

That’s an awesome project. I ran an issue using the copper nicopress with stainless cable.

How about an update?

Frank, how much extra cost do you have, or expect, to complete the airframe portion? FWF and avionics excluded of course. I have read maybe an extra $10k above the $41-ish kit for hardware, covering, tires, etc... Thanks.

10k is a good number. I have 3000.00 in Stewart system Fabric and paint, about 2500.00 in hardware. Then there's flying wires for the tail. 850 tundras, match wheels brakes.
