The documentary film MY BELOVED COUNTRY takes us back to the early 1990's in South Africa. It is a provocative look from within at Afrikaner extremists who, in 1991, clung to the belief that they were the chosen "super race" of Africa. With the demise of white rule, many of these Boers lived in fear. Some had banded into paramilitary groups, such as Eugene Terre'Blanche's Afrikaner Resistance Movement, which claimed wide support within the South African army and police. They were preparing for an armed showdown with the new government.

A massive problem the ANC inherited in 1994 was gun ownership. In the Apartheid era only Whites were allowed to own guns. The ANC had to change that law. What I know sivelfair is that next week on June 20, I'll be celebrating Mandela's birthday, a great man who lived to bring a change to our country. We've albinos in South Africa who are running businesses whose sole purpose is to enrich their own kind. Albinos care little about the life of the native people in SA. The employ foreigners (Mozambiqueans, Zambians, Malawians, Zimbabweans, etc.) who don't have papers & pay them very little. You can see them in restaurants, in their houses as nannies & garden boys. These people don't pay tax to the government. Albinos prefer it that way to avoid paying taxes to SA. We'll soon get you, trust me.

It's funny how people say things like "We consider you to be like blacks". Last time I checked, I'm proud to be black, I'm stronger, more athletic, smarter and have a history that goes far beyond my ancestors years as a slave. I kinda understand your thought process but your message is twisted by saying what you said. The black race is a race of highly intellectual, artistic, athletic, inventive kings and queens who have been persecuted throughout time for what we can do an who we are.

Blacks Created Civilization. They created a way of writing called hieroglyphs before any other person could know how to write. Thee documents that form the Bible were original African, written by African people, translated into Greek by request of Alexander the Great and later traveled to the entire Europe. Each country wanted its own version of this wonderful book, the English people formed the King James Version, which they used to colonize the world during their time.

Smith said that Rhodesia will never be ruled by black people in a 1000 years and he was wrong. If only he had shown some imagination, then more of his people might live in peace. Willyrobinson - I think the Almighty in His infinite wisdom,mercy,justice,righteousness etc,etc, was referring to the Jews and not to the White South African,who didn't even exist when He was supposed to have uttered these words....
