I think the best part of Nuzlockes is getting stuck with crap and somehow finding a way to make it work. Even if you don't complete the run, it's fun to see what you can come up with and figure out if it'll work!

Yep, totally agree. Although DexNaving all the optimal encounters in RR seems fun, its actually more fun to get your encounters randomly and having to win with crap. (I know this is R&B but I havent even tried it yet - way outta my league😅)

@SenzuDream even though they're a pain to grind, I've been sticking to the normal games lol! Calculations and percentages aren't all that fun for me so I don't bother attempting the kaizo runs and all that jazz lol

My experience playing blaze black 2 for a month was literally only being able to build and encounter mons to get me to the second gym and it was still one of the most fun times I’ve had with a game. Just seeing what I could do with such a diverse amount of ways those first six encounters go is awesome, definitely try more games then you beat, and pick and choose when you find a classic!

One of the cool things run n bun does well feel a lot of appreciation isn’t given as much as it should, is remembering the names of trainers you encounter in the game When was the last time you remembered as many trainers in the base games you played against-outside of gym leaders, elite 4 and key story players?

Not a streamer or youtuber but,played this game my self. This game is not hard, is just another game based on encounters...kinda boring. You get encounters A you win,get encounters B, you lose. Its just very tedious and long,consuming with all the fights and calcs.

Your point? I doubt you really played the game, since rnb IS a game, where various encounter have their place. Yes, there are clear winners, but even the "bad" ones have their purpose or time to shine. And even with very goated encounters, a win is not guaranteed. It's the spirit of nuzlocking, to work with what you got. The reason I even write this, is that if you don't like this type of game/play, be nice about it. If you think this game is not hard, because it requires tons of calcing, tell me what is? And even if it really wasn't hard, again, your point? People have fun playing it, and deem it hard and challenging. If it wasn't it for you, great, but don't project your views on other peoples challenges.
