Just advice Dont give money to beggar...theres is not our malaysian culture and there is migrant or firiegner...just ignore it...the is ilegal activities and probihited...do not hesitate to ask local they will assist , if they dont reply mean they are worker foriegner..some can speak and understand english..if local for sure they can understand becouse english is our 2nd language...
