The things parents endure for our children! I understand fully, having raised 5, and the older we get, the worse it is. Chirp is a staple at my house, I've used one for a few months, with great results. Love what you do, and why you do it, just be careful, but keep it up!

You are, hands down, one of the best Dads I have ever seen. To find a single father is not as rare as it use to be but, finding one that excels at it is, and you excel!! Some people say things out of habit and don't really mean anything by it but, I'd be willing to wager that some of it might be a woman/women who would like to help you out!! Wink, wink 😉😉You deserve truck loads of credit for what you do. Pats on your back young man, great job!!

I agree about back pain, I have had it for years. My back would sound like a wooden xylophone when I could get it to pop. Most of it is gone now but a few spots where Arthritis has taken over. I was fussed at when a grand would open their arms, run across the room yelling Grammie! How could I not bend over and catch them!

My daughter was pushed on a concrete floor in school while messing around with friends and ended up with a bulging disc in her back . A year of physical therapy did nothing I ended up taking her to Stephen Dubuc a native American on the reservation in Sanborn NY near Niagara Falls NY where we lived he is a muscle therapist as well as chiropractor and other licenses. I can't put the website here because KZbin deleted it already listed it for you but if you Google his name Sanborn NY maybe he could refer you to someone. After a stretching her with my help she was able to touch her toes the 1st and only visi.t She walked in only able to bend a few inches. Stephen told me if I hadn't brought her in she could have been wheel chair bond shortly because of muscle atrophy! if the ChirP doesn't do enough maybe he could refer you to someone. God's blessings she finds relief ❤️❤️❤️

I sure understand this. I am 68 and my back hurts too when lifting things. Definitely was done lifting my 2 boys. I wish you the best. Adler is a sweetie but yep he needs to walk. Tell him that daddy cant carry him because he hurt his back lifting heavy things and one of those things is a person named Adler. He will get it but at 2 he might throw a temper tantrum but that is ok. Used to be a preschool teacher and the kids get it. Wish I could get one of those Chirp rollers but by the time it got here, it would cost a fortune in taxes and shipping. Best wishes for you. Adler is a sweetie. He has learned so much from you. I love that one on one with him. I am so glad he works with on the farm with you. He is so gentle with the animals. You are a great dad. Keep up the awesome work. And love watching Chase too. Next year, Dump 1/2 the dirt out, get a bail of straw and mix in with the left over dirt. Then as the plants start growing up throw more straw on top of the plants until the container is full. My grandma use to use old tires and as the plants grew she would add another tire and fill it with straw (until they were taller than her.). During the winter she would pull tires off and dump the tatters out. The straw method is what I have used for years in my raised bed gardens. those little ones are seeds for next years planting. as well as the ones I always seem to miss. 2 yo old barn manure and grass clippings are also good for making that soil pretty good.
