Green tea is one of the healthiest teas in the world, and yes, it curbs hunger because it makes you feel full. But then, green tea should not be taken immediately after eating because it can destroy the nutrients in the food you have eaten. A safe time to take green tea is 2 hours after your meal. I am new to KZbin, and I make videos on health and fitness.

Also, people need to know that Nigeria’s spoken language is English. It’s very irritating to hear “your English is good”.
@lesedikhoaripe80723 жыл бұрын
You can speak English, but not do it well or it be good. It’s nothing to be offended about. I’m South African and when I tell you that white people who are meant to be the “English speakers” struggle with “good” English
@aesinam3 жыл бұрын
I doubt it's an insult though. Many people from English speaking countries, America and England included, speak poorly.

It’s a good thing to be a wife an mother. In the west we are almost discouraged from marriage. Pray about it and trust the lord’s providence. The Lords way is best so don’t lose heart and do it the worlds way. If you have parents or older relatives trust their insight. The Bible says to obey our parents. Had I not obeyed my father in a certain matter I wouldn’t have met my husband. My husband is not what I expected and we are still learning things after 4.5 years but I’m blessed to have him. It’s amazing in hindsight to see the hand of God working through our lives. You look very classy and pretty and I’ve loved your content for years. I pray God keep you and sanctify you and use your life for the Glory of Christ❤️

The way she said "So if you're looking for someone to go to Europe with you, come and sponsor me"🤣🤣 Your explanation about your command of English is so accurate👌. That's exactly what it is. I use my Samsung Note 8 to film, it films 4k and I think that the quality of my videos is pretty ok for now until I can buy a camera.
