3x+ times a week is a good amount, 40mins-1 hour each session is all you need

bro I'm way too skinny for a 17 year old. Plus I'm living in Ethiopia so you can't have that much access to the gym even if you do It's expensive. Even if you manage going to the gym the nutrition thing is also a main concern. Anyway I have a pair of dumbells at home so if you recommend some exercies using dumbells and bodyweight exercises please let me know.

You can definitely start training at home: I recommend you look up some guides on calisthenics on KZbin. But nutrition is the main thing you want to focus on, even I struggle with it too, cus my genetics are also quite skinny
