My BMW S1000RR Experience With Superbike Factory

I bought my mt10 from superbike factory a couple of years ago and it was a seamless purchase and delivery, I've heard some negative stories about them but my experience is totally positive. They've done great with you too, cant ask for more than that. Great choice the RR, its a weapon.

I have bought 2 bikes from the Superbike factory & never had any issues, sent a video of both bikes with all defects, perfect service, cannot fault them.

Nice one mate great review of a company that often gets slated, i too have head horror stories but it's also important that these kind of positive reviews are there to counteract them. Quality weapon mate the s1000rr, lovely bike you now have there.

Glad to hear the great service. Not gonna lye ive not heard great things untill now. I heard they just filp the bikes.. as i was going to buy a ducati off them but went private in the end.. lovely bike..🤙

I've had 3 bikes from them, the first one a 1200 bandit had a noisy gearbox after about a month of owning it. They took the bike and replaced the gearbox no issues(other than it taking 6 weeks). 2nd bike was a bike for a mate who wanted to go from scooter to manual, gave it 2 weeks and couldn't get on with it, they cancelled the sale took the bike back with a full refund and he bought another scooter from them. Just bought a crf from them 2 months ago with no issues. The only thing with them is they are expensive compared to private and their px prices are very low.

Ive seen a few BMW 1250 gs's at their store and they look nice but not heard a lot of good things about the store

Savage beast of bike some my mates have R1000RR M1000RR S1000RR Ducati V4 H2R i ride MT10 carbon coated not like the plastic look they have. Drive GTR R35 insane machine💪🏼they did super job to have it done that quick too, fair play to them. Love those pics keep her lit lad💪🏼🏍️💨💥👊

I bought a 2021 BMW S1000 XR from superbike factory earlier this year and they bent over backwards to keep fixing it but the end result was a newer bike delivered. Superbike went out of there way to sort me out and were better than the BMW dealer. I would recommend superbike factory, would definitely buy a bike off them again.

I had a 2015 s1000rr , had to sell when a customer went skint on me about four years ago so I had to sell it to stop the chain. Anyway I now have a panigale V4 and tbh I prefer the s1000rr and miss it a lot . I think superbike factory big problem is selling untested bikes as I found out

It’s a shame you had a bad experience! I had minor issues with my bike and they were faultless with how they dealt with it , their customer service for me was spot on, but yes I agreed the RR is so much more fun that 99% of Superbike’s out there! Always time to go back and get another!
