I suggest doing some walking / light job to warm up. Then gentle stretches and massage the muscles. Then a hot shower. Do it again before bed. It really helps.

Adam, I found your video yesterday motivational regarding the Marathon. I was legit happy for your finishing and beating out the Balloon Ladies. There was something about beating the odds, finishing the Race and having a buddy like Tim Tracker with you that made it a wholesome adventure we were all blessed to have you share with your viewers. Your success has made it a goal of mine now to compete in one of these run events. Long Beach airport is pretty good too. Smaller than John Wayne but has been cheaper lately. Beware rental car lines for Avis and Budget can get reallllly slow. The underground rental car garage at John Wayne is actually really well ventilated too. You can see multiple giant fans going

Adam.. did you hear about the runner that died right after the finish line? He was only 35 & ran a year ago in Disney Worlds marathon. Glad you are safe! My cousin died a few years ago after the finish line at the LA Marathon, and she didn't run but walk the entire way. Keep yourself healthy and eat clean so no heart disease that will kill ya!

ADAM Before a race u stretch.. takes about 15 minutes. To stretch every part of your body. Start with upper moving to mid section then legs quads (I am a personal trainer) After race same thing and into the hot tub or tub in hotel with epsom salts NO WONDER U are sore. I watched saw no stretching Whenever u are going to use parts of your body for a certain exertion stretch stretch to warm up muscles after run muscles are warmed up then Stretch Stretch elongate the muscles What u did was let the warm muscles shorten again and is why u are sore Yu did a fantastic job🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I work at the Detroit Metro Airport I was there when you were I wish I knew you were there. I would have like to meet you. The Fountain has a Disney Imaginiering connection it was designed by Wet Designs witch was founded by former Disney. Imaginiers. The jumping water is the same as in from of the Journey in to Imagination. And represents paths that planes fly in to the hub airport.
