In the alternate universe where this actually happened, Sarah should be put on a psych ward because she is obviously severely mentally ill. I am not saying it as an insult. This right here, talking about how someone taught you how to prepre food when you were 12 when you know you don’t know them? Insisting on seeing someone who knows he isn’t your father, and pretending that he is your father? I am at 19:27 and OP hasn’t even acknowledged that Sarah is obviously off her rockers. I feel like this story could have been better written, but it is entertaining nonetheless.

If you have ever even looked into Anna's con history, you'd know she was far more intelligent. She has never stolen anyone's identity and then proceeded to pose as that person at places where people have known the true individual for years.

Also, as someone wth a chronic illness, the idea of one pharmaceutical company so huge that they produced half of an average person's medicine cabinet is unrealistic considering that like any other industry, there are plenty all over the world.

This one isn't even taken from reddit and just made up by the channel so I suggest at least changing the tags. Aside from the other comments poking holes at this story, as someone chronically sick it is just absolutely ridiculous for a pharmaceutical company to have made half of the average person's medical cabinet. There are many all over the world and the only reason why someone would stick to one company is personal preference which is not the statistic of an average person. She is supposed to be a scientist with links to the pharmaceutical industry, she should know that and not make such claims. When you are trying to write an OP from a certain background and career, at least make her sound believable because it's clear you don't know how the pharmaceutical industry works buddy.
