“Runner’s itch” can be your body’s response to a change in activity. Histamine release can occur when there is an increase in blood flow and/or expansion of blood vessels. Some research also suggests that histamine can be released with exercise to combat fatigue.
@roaldgrimson-d5w6 ай бұрын
Thank you! I was just thinking about this yesterday because I experience it when I go long periods without walking or moving around. I kid you not! I came up with the same exact explanation you stated on my own. No research... no google search. I just figure that it must be due to vasodilation and histamine release because histamine is what causes itching. I did not know it's called "Runners Itch" though. Anyway it's very intense unbearable sensation. The itch feeling is intense yet deep within the skin or body and scratching it only makes it better somewhat... but at the same time scratching it makes it worse.
@kiniyachurch59676 ай бұрын
@@roaldgrimson-d5w Yes! Itching means there is histamine! It’s very uncomfortable. I’m quite active, but when I have changed the speed/duration of activities or perhaps went from something like high incline walks to sprints, I have experienced the itching to the point I had to stop my workout. Walking outdoors has also triggered itching at times and not simply because of seasonal allergies. I take a half tab of 25 MG Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) prior to activity if I think the exercise will cause me to itch. It’s helpful and with the low dose, I don’t experience fatigue or drowsiness. Also, Loratadine (Claritin) is helpful for persons who experience skin reactions.

The work still works. Condemning a fitness influencer or trainer for body mods when they post effective workout routines and such is backwards to me. People who get work done still have to maintain it. She looks good because she maintains the work, whatever it may be. And if you're following her thinking you're gonna get her body, you're already off to a bad start. You should be working to get strong and toned and healthy in your own body.

Put the fibre/pulp part in a soup and you will have the best soup. And if you don’t want to have only vegetable soup, cook some meat in the soup-pot, pour water on it and put in the mix of vegetables. And it’s possible to put it in a ziplock bag or a container, store it in the freezer until you have enough for soup and then just add it to the broth. Salt/pepper and mix in whatever spices you like and then serve.

I don't presume to know you, but I do enjoy your content. I had no idea that you had those things in you, and am grateful to hear that you're on the other side of that ordeal. What that doctor said, that he had to do to you, sounded BRUTAL. I can't imagine why you got those things replaced, and not just celebrated their removal, and the bullet you apparently dodged. When I launch my KZbin channel, I'd like to interview you. It was good of you, to share this part of your journey, as well. There are probably thousands of people that specific information can benefit, and your overall philosophy of continuously moving fearlessly forward is one that anyone can relate to. I haven't been able to do your challenges, as I prepare to have fibroids removed, but I do try to do modified versions of your posted workouts, until I'm back to full steam. Since you were M.I.A., for a while, I googled you, the other day, hoping nothing crazy had happened, but since I didn't see a clue, I figured you were on a well-deserved vacation. Now, I hope that you'll take one. I'll be doing my own re-initiation into a routine, to build back up, shortly. If you have any suggestions for rebuilding the core, after the stress, strain and misalignment these monsters can cause, please share them. From what I have read, the numbers are growing, on the percentage of women affected by these growths, and yet, for some reason, globally, allegedly, no one knows why. I can't imagine that's the case, it's probably more likely that whatever is causing these things is something that governments, around the world, don't want to acknowledge. I refuse to believe that between the brilliant scientists in every nation, and the advances in technology, that no one knows. For now, I just want them out of me, and to build my body back, too. Stay on your path. And, please pace yourself. Conversation and/or cooking videos are just as helpful as workout videos. And, showing people the right way to administer self-care is just as much of a benefit. Take Good Care. And, Thanks for what you do.

I had a work friend that just wanted what she had when she wore a bra. I couldn’t get over how excited she was when her time for her implants came. I on the other hand needed a bust reduction because everything I ate I wore home from the restaurant. I can’t judge another woman for the reasons that make her feel more comfortable or confident in her on skin, but I can tell you I felt more confident when I could button a shirt without it looking like it was going to pop open. Massy is a beautiful gifted woman and her choices are her own to make especially if she’s spiritually and mentally sound. I think she looks wonderful and she didn’t have to share her story. A lot of women’s bodies don’t bounce back after childbirth even with exercise to the upright position. She’s perfectly fine.

Agreed implants are horrible because they are a temporary solution hence why u had to replace them. Even women who have mastectomies have reasons to get them but cosmetic procedures are again temporary and eventually everything breaks wears out and need replacing. No judgment on you cuz I think you’re great 😊. I only say this because I work for plastic surgeons and see how surgery does people. But everyone is so anxious to get cut on. 😮😮 beyond my comprehension. Be well and take care. I wish you speedy healing and recovery. Peace ✌🏽 😊out

I make the similar juice, but I add green apples to remove toxins out of the cell don’t leave that out, they’re also lowest in sugar. Cilantro removes metals out of the cells. Parsley dilates the arterial walls as well as opening up the kidneys to allow them to filtrate. Any citrus dissolves mucoid plaque in the gut. You can also use pineapple which improves the taste but also contains bromine and breaks down hardened proteins. Turmeric is the only thing I can’t add in my juice.😂 I don’t wanna grow up on the Toys “R” Us kid!

Curious, what informed your choice to replace the implants instead of just removing them? I ask because you mention that 35 year old you would have never gotten the augmentation to begin with.

She had mentioned on IG that she would have been left with a huge scar and a completely flat chest. I'm assuming they would have had to remove a lot of skin, so she opted to replace the implants as the "easier" option.

Well if you are really concern about your health, the option will be always removing it, those things are just poison!
