A few years ago, I knew an American girl (just online), over discord, and she would change her name in the servers frequently. Once, she changed it to "saSS", spelled just like that. And, uhhh, well, yeah, with German being my native language; both "SA" and "SS" are already occupied in my mind; as in, these letter combinations are already short for something, you know. Anyhow, the girl said that the name "saSS" was supposed to be a combination of "sassy" and "ass". (The capitalization is weird, and I personally would have kept the "y" in there, but hey, not my call) I didn't went on to explain why the name was funny to me; and she soon changed it, anyway (Nobody said anything, and 95% of everybody online is American anyway, so I doubt anyone even had the same idea as I did), but as long as that name was active, I always - in my mind - read it as SA-SS. Ah well, fun times.
