I understand the father being angry at his son but there are other options for them to not allow this situation to occur. Option 1 the parents had no manager on top of them so they could have done a switch of routine of schedules to look after their children, option 2 their son could have asked for a monthly allowance or asked his parents for something he wanted to buy, option 3 he could have thought of a way to earn his own money from his parents advice, option 4 the parents could have hired some workers for their store or option 5 the parents could have just put some cameras inside their home to keep a eye on their children to see what they were really doing when their home alone or option 6 they could have just hired a babysitter. Also I do agree that since his parents weren’t home he didn’t get discipline, and it was also really messed up that he used the STORE credit card and so his parent’s company literally just lost money. they should have looked at the statement's online and this would have been caught sooner. I am willing to admit I have used my parent's cards with their permission and when my mom needed to use Amazon since I used Prime for fast shipping. Of course, I made sure to delete the card number so I wouldn't click it by accident. If my bro and I used it without asking that would be a life grounding.
