Can definitely tell they're brothers! I love the neck adjustments but it does take some getting used to...the movies have fear mongered it. Misalignment of your neck creates so much pressure on the rest of your spine.

My lower right back neck to my spine. Painful and then goes numb burning pins and needles. Got rear ended in a car accident 25 years ago. Been stretching doing stem and ultra sound chiropractor helps. What else will help. Those cups?! Thanks Seth. Your brother such an awesome dude

Recently my right traps got tight. It feels like pinching when i do bend over rear delt flies , the pec deck machine for rear delts or when i do shrugs. Felt it when i was doing front raises one day it hasnt healed yet its been like 2 months. Everything else i do is fine. Bench, shoulder press, side laterals front raises. But soon as i do some shrugs it pinches. Sometimes when im just sitting there i feel it. then when iretratct my scapula it goes away. I ve gotten massages and that didnt help. I warm up really good during my workouts that doesnt help either. But soon as i do rear delt flies on a incline benc where its supporting my chest then its paint free, regardless of how hunch back or flared out i am
