Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I was the same way! I had no trouble with nutrition and workouts but I just always put off cardio and used many excuses. Oh I'm not cutting right now. Oh I don't have enough time bc I already work 12hrs and lift for an hour. Oh I don't want to lose muscle. I finally manned up and just started with 10 min on the elliptical 3 days a week after workouts. Then I went to 5 days. Now I do just 15 min on the elliptical after my workouts 5 days a week and I'm in the best shape of my life and feel the best. I realized I was doing way more volume than I needed to do as well. I do 9 to 12 hard sets for each muscle and take 6 to 8 of those to failure and I'm still able to build muscle or def maintain what I have while staying lean and not starving at all!

What is the best form? Many programs/tutorials say slow contraction, maybe pause and squeeze then slower controlled descent. Seth pumps out the reps with a bit of momentum and bounce, obviously it works! But it seems to differ from what is normally taught in a program, or is it simply personal choice?
