He’s part of my big 4: 1) Derek More Plates More Dates 2) Coach Gregg 3) Seth Feroce 4) Vigorous Steve (Used to have 5 … but if you listen to Leo and Longevity long enough… you start to see some exaggerating and possible outright lying 🤥… which is unfortunate) But Seth… regular dude, regular words, and someone who survived being insane with the cycles and kept mad gains on HRT … at 37 and headed that way… it’s good to see what I believe is my jacked future

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Ya he's definitely a motivating man! It's probably alot easier to be motivated when your businesses are killing it and your living the life of your dreams lol. I'm not hating tho I learn from him and anyone else I can when it comes to staying on your grind. I would love to try his supplements but being a hwmf with a family of 4 these days I don't really have that kind of money to spend on supps. The cost of everything has almost doubled and my pay stayed the fucking same ! I'm about to start a new venture tho and the future is bright! Stay motivated mother fuckers!

Man... I am so glad Seth actually mentioned how under estimated electrolytes are which I thought the same. I started taking them last month prior to workouts and it has genuinely been game changer. Been using the SiS(Science in Sports) Hydro Electrolyte Tablets.

Seth I gotta say you look the healthiest & happiest you’ve ever been. You don’t have that super bloated bodybuilder look and maybe your not the biggest you’ve ever been but who cares. Your an inspiration to the sport and with relatively young dudes dropping left and right I really hope these younger guys learn from you and see how to do it right. Gear works and feels good but there’s so much more to life. Lift heavy, stay safe, be functional and fu@$able is the best way to live. God bless brother.

I will say this agin for the newbies. I have been training over 38 years and Seth knows his stuff. He actually trains old school minus the things we found out years ago weren't good for you . He is one of the only people I recommend to the younger generation. 💪💪

I was the same way! I had no trouble with nutrition and workouts but I just always put off cardio and used many excuses. Oh I'm not cutting right now. Oh I don't have enough time bc I already work 12hrs and lift for an hour. Oh I don't want to lose muscle. I finally manned up and just started with 10 min on the elliptical 3 days a week after workouts. Then I went to 5 days. Now I do just 15 min on the elliptical after my workouts 5 days a week and I'm in the best shape of my life and feel the best. I realized I was doing way more volume than I needed to do as well. I do 9 to 12 hard sets for each muscle and take 6 to 8 of those to failure and I'm still able to build muscle or def maintain what I have while staying lean and not starving at all!

Where do I start ? I love all the Products but most of all I’ve always loved his raw honesty. With everything he’s done . An hes down to earth personality. And what always stands out to me when he’s giving these demonstrations. Is the mind muscle connection. An the PURPOSE Behind every movement. The envision. Great stuff!!! I do wish he could link some of the music he works out to though.

21:30... if you turn 90° from the weight, have your arm straight down your side with a palm down @ your belly button, push towards your hip with keeping palms down/out... I love adding that to the workouts at home
