Do you get your driftwood from the seaside or river? If by the sea does the salt affect the plants in anyway?

Driftwood is mainly from the seaside because it is material or items that have been drifting at sea and have also been cured by the salt water.

@@preciousbloomsja I always thought the wood would be salty and it would affect the orchid's growth. I'm going to try mounting something on one of the pieces I have.
