7:58 "does that need a label? It really doesnt matter" - i undertand the context on why you say that. But title does matter when looking for a job. And all this thing about PM hate, the confussion between PM/PO/PJ/BA.. even confused with SM! .. all that impacts a lot. Maybe HR post a job for a PO with a SM title.. so we never could find it. Or if you want to apply, HR or the algoritm discard you because you dont match on the title, which I agree with you.. it really doesnt matter, but when you look for a job.. your whole carrer depends on a hiring junior that doesnt know anything. And I cannot even blame them.. we cannot agree on a title and clear responsibilities 😅

Very much agreed regarding the impact of AI on so much tactical day-to-day tasks. Honestly, I'm seeing a lot of point tools which are a breath of fresh air in being able collapse what was often hours/weeks of effort and move to analyzing GTM/etc. It's a challenging time, but ICs who produce results will always find a place of value!
