What popped into my mind as a name for your physical shop is " Lazy Daisy and Friends". The friends part would work both to refer to people who come to do the workshops, and also to other artists if you decide to rent out some shelves in the retail section of the shop down the road. It would also help to give a community type vibe to your place.

I really hope so, there's honestly not much fun and creative things to do around my area so I hope that helps bring more people in!! I haven't finalised all the details yet but we will likely be using the square POS system and website so I can integrate all the products with bar codes and have them online as well! Packaging wise probably very similar to what I was using at my markets, I want to try to use up everything I have currently before investing in anything branded! I'm so happy for you and wish you all the best in your new shop -- it's going to be adorable, and I love the colors you chose, especially for the outside of the building! I hope you'll have time to post a lot of mini-vlogs to keep us up to date on your progress, because I am totally invested in your success and I'm sure everyone else here is, as well! My biggest suggestion is to make sure you leave yourself enough space in the back room to make your polymer clay items, as well as to do all of the other things you need in order to run your online business and do your social media work. Shops tend to have a lot of slow times, especially on weekdays, and every square inch of that space is costing you money every month, so you might as well use it as efficiently as you can -- and if you're going to be in the shop anyway, you can keep brainstorming ways to make as much money as you can while you're there. If you want to run workshops in that same room, maybe you could just get some folding tables and chairs that you can set up and take down as needed, so you're not wasting valuable space when you're not holding classes. One thing that puzzled me, though -- I didn't see a bathroom in your shop. I don't think I would last very long without one very nearby! ;)

I cant wait to show more of the decoration, it's definitely going to be fun and vibrant! That's a really good point, I definitely planned a little space for myself but time will tell if It will work well or not 😅 because yeah I had the same idea, to work and use it as a studio while there are down times, so can do both at the same time! I will share more in future videos but the way I've designed the back room it will have a few different options for how it can be set up, that way it can be used in a few different ways depending on the need! You are so right, I forgot to mention that one downside is there is not toilet! (and probably why it was so cheap 😅) but there is a shopping centre literally next door that we can use the toilets there! as long as im open at the same times we should hopefully not have any issues! 😂 I’ll be sure to keep you posted on the progress - lots more videos are coming! ❤️

Spreading the risk by doing a collective sounds good it would also encourage more foot traffic to the store. One side for you and one side for the others, then a work station at the back before the second room so you can be creative and keep an eye on the store at the same time. The back room can be set up for classes and your raw materials, ovens etc. Always good to have many baskets. Whatever way you go goodluck

You should allow yourself to be excited, you should think about it from this point of view. Not everyone has the opportunity or luck to be able to have their own place to have great ideas and make their dreams come true. Don't let fear take away that emotion of feeling that you are happy and joyful because even though it is something new for you, you know very well that it will bring you many new things, fun, nice people, and unique experiences. And by not allowing yourself that, you are limiting yourself to giving yourself that pat on the back that tells you I COULD DO IT, I DID IT!! Enjoy it Girl you are on fire!! In a good way. You are your own limit
