Id say goodbay to coffee and would go for japanese green tea. No tea bags. Loose leaves. Packed with loads of antioxidants its caffeine content gets released in a much better way than that in coffee. BCAA is also an essential for me.

It’s nice that you don’t let your lack of nutrition knowledge get in the way of you posting comments. Also, your ‘meat’ get their protein from plants .
