I still don’t have my senior master tech yet 😂. Been at ford for almost 20 years now, I quit trying when they quit giving you the ingot to put on your plate for the year. Pissed me off that you had to buy them. I learned real quick is all that meant is more warranty work for me. The shops I’ve been at didn’t pay me any more for it. Frankly some of the guys I’ve seen come through that are senior masters, well didn’t mean much, they’ve ups fix a soup sandwich 😂. Maybe I’ll try and get this year, that is my New Year’s resolution, to be the very best version of my self. Meaning I need to loss some weight, try and be more out going person, and just be little bit nicer, lol. To name a few!
