My Carpe Lasting Matte tinted primer spf 30

Carpe Lasting matte primer was gifted in PR. When I’ve used it alone all over the face it does give a pore less finish. Matte looking. But when I use any of my foundations it’s not as matte. I don’t use matte foundations. I tend to look to Dewy so this has helped tone down that greasy look I can get! ‪@MyCarpe‬
