I mean it's possible if u give it a lot of time in that period of time, also remember, nature is absolutely not equal, and they will always be others that are just better "equipped", that is nothing to brag about tho, it's only birth traits gambe, that u generally don't have any control over. The important part is the "user", e.g. as if ur friend had 5GHz processor in his PC system although in the same architecture and u had a 3GHz one, then well ofc u will need to put more work i certain things, but at the end, the user of it, is what makes the difference and how he will use it. But back to the topic, he mentioned in the video that he was doing a "3D Character modeling" for almost 6 years, so before that he could still do other 3D branches, maybe had some general xp in 3D software or most likely was just a great/experienced 2D artist, maybe even sculptor or/and had education in ART in general, bc of that he prob had some foundation in eg. human anatomy too. Moreover, skills from 2D (drawing and etc), really change a lot when starting a career in 3D, I mean its day and night in sculpting, less in hard surface, technical art tho, but still goes a long way (talking as a game dev 3D artist with +8yrs of exp, now mostly tech artist and programmer, due to my lack of skills, experience and just overall dislike working in 2D stuff, it was really a pain i the as’s in 3D modeling).

@@Zanian19 Look at the cg shots resurrecting Harold Ramis in Ghost Busters afterlife without all the ghost effects. @@Zanian19Trust me you've seen plenty of cgi faces (full, and partial) and never knew, noticible cgi is prob 10% or less of all vfx you'd see in a film. It's like going to your office and finding it pretty much always perfectly clean but the few times you notice some dust you say "wow these cleaners are awful". You never notice the good, only the bad. Cgi is basically everywhere, you'd be surprised how much people assume is real when it's not. This is VERY impressive to do for a single designer though but it's not groundbreaking stuff, it's just very time consuming and you need so many thousands of hours to get to this point of being so versatile and understanding anatomy, texturing and sculpting to this degree. I think we have a long way to go before anything, Human or ai, is able to completely fool thousands of years of our brains evolution toward recognizing something as, Human.
