a lot of these are relateable to me lol. the Pokemon, language barrier, and internet. I still remember back then I used GBA simulator on my PC and use the save & load cheat to catch legendaries using normal pokeballs (its really time consuming). As a Taiwanese, I played a lot of Japanese games from GBA but had no idea what I was doing. eventually obsess with anime when I have wifi at home. TBH sonic is pretty adorable(not in an attractive way but by the literal definition) and I don’t think he’s cringey as a whole, and touhou is really cool in concept. Piglet and Lilo and Stitch (& KnUcKlEs) are okay but I’m not really interested in them, and boi oh boi my Pokémon phase was cringey as all tarnation aswell, but I still think it’s okay. I loved the video, your best video so far. The animation is very good, yout english is easy to understand and your voice is good, it is not forced and it is not full of phrases of effect. As for obsessions, all mine were within the same area, some of which I remember now were Beyblade and Yu-gi-oh, I even bought those metal beyblades and decks despite never having learned to play ... It was good for you to vary more and know more things in this sense, and the rock/emo phase, we've all gone through this ... Yeah my obsessions still remained within the cartoon/anime/geek realm but.. It was pretty broad yeah. Meh I luckily happened to skip out on the emo phase. Actually, I found your channel when I was really deep into UTAU and use some of your UST's for some covers. I guess It was one of my deepest obssesions, I even record my own voice library. Now my obsession is chess/shogi and language learning (I start learning a new language almost every three months and then suddenly stop learning and become interested in another language). Also when I was a child I maybe was a huge spongebob-fan... at least I remember myself drawing a lot of comics of spongebob.

Oh wow we are so similar!!! My obsessions followed a similar path, add Snow White and the seven dwarfs as my first lol then sailor moon! I was insanely in love with sailor moon, which pretty much opened the door to a huge anime obsession! I especially love Hayao Miyazaki films! Having Aspergers I tend to get on major “hyper focuses” that cause me to spend a crazy amount or time and money on my little “obsessions” so I can defiantly relate to you lol love your videos, currently I’m stuck on nendoroids and cu poche! Everyone’s anime addiction started with something like Pokémon or sailor moon and then it evolved into something like my hero academia or mob psycho 100

I'm still in my childhood, being 13 and all, but since I was 5, I've started becoming obsessed with various things and changing them randomly, and I'd write fanfics of each. When I was 5, it was Pokemon(anime and trading cards). 6-7, it was Lego Ninjago. 8-9, it was Minecraft. Not gonna lie, the fanfics I made then were actually of comparable quality to those I write now. 10, it was Pokemon(anime). My fics took a huge step down in quality here.11 is where the chaos starts. Early 2016, it was still Pokemon, but the games this time. Mid-2016, it was Super Smash Bros, and my fics were at an all-time low in terms of quality. Late 2016, however, the quality started trending up when I became obsessed with Mega Man. This carried over into early 2017. Spring 2017, switched to Invader Zim. This lasted until August. The fics from this time were even higher-quality. But during summer 2017, chaos happened. Like I said, still obsessed with IZ, but this took a backseat in June-early July for the Creepypasta phase. No lie, fic quality here was high. July specifically was focused on the SCP Foundation. But August had the Creepypasta stuff take a backseat for a new obsession- Eddsworld. Yeah. This lasted until September, where I switched to South Park. Then November, it was Eddsworld again(with a background Homestuck obsession that's flickering on and off). It's August 2018, and my obsession hasn't changed since last November. Wow. Then again, there's a lot of room for fanfic in a universe where zombies, aliens, superheroes, genies, etc. exist. And my fic quality levels are at an alltime high. FYI, I had a brief Sonic phase when I was 11, but the OCs I made then(I don't just do fics, but OCs) were surprisingly good.
