I forgot to mention ...I was preparing for my last ever competition in natural..40 years and I had to cancel all as my health was going down..I have been told I was a smaller version of you LOL...huge difference as my bodyweight is 95kg in condition and you would l be around 118kg?It is so exciting at 55 years old to still have models like yours ..You amazing Wesley and you are yourself....

Aesthetics > mass. Classic physiques are the most aesthetic. No comparison with the Open division. They look like Golden Era Old-School bodybuilders. I always tell young guys that one of the best things you can do as a lifter interested in aesthetics / performance / strength is to study Old-School bodybuilding. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science, and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy, and aesthetic physique. "Vintage Physique" by George Kelly is a nice read on the topic.

Wesley, I'm your fan here in Brazil. I'm worried about your preparation for Olympia 2024, because your upper body is incredible, but what worries you is your lower body, legs/adductors, glutes, calves, they need to evolve MUCH more to compete with CBUM. Focus on that! 🤝 🇧🇷 🇳🇱

Classic has overtaken Open Class, I am not excited about any of the open competitors and I think the guy said it you look better than Samson. Full big and shredded no Synthol Size or Insulin water size. Old School is the best. Arnold is not a legend for no reason and you stay classic.
