Thanks for taking the time to post this. They are all excellent sounding guitars, and it's amazing that Collings can produce such full sounding small body guitars. With most builders, you'd almost expect a boxy sound, but not Collings.

I have been in the market for a Collings acoustic and this was incredibly helpful. The C 10 was my favorite, but the parlor exceeded my expectations the most. Wonderful collection!

That C-10 is my favorite of the bunch. I love how the mahogany warms up and marries with Adirondack top. They blend so nicely. 👍

thanks for checking this out...I agree, when I play this guitar I think, this is my best sounding acoustic - so thanks for your validation. It's just bigger than the little guys and always feels like a little more 'work' to play. Happy New Year friend!

100% sweetness in guitars. Collings is special. Their necks are wonderful. Located not far from the house here in Austin, Texas. Always good stuff Dale.

I've been in your 'neck of the woods' or hill country to visit the shop a couple of times and I envy your proximity:) as you well said great guitars, and great folks. Hope to visit again this year. stay well, your KY friend, dale.

One of my favorite songs that is so fun to play. I've adapted the way I originally learned the song based upon what I learned watching your videos Dale. You are such a phenomenal player and teacher! As for the guitars the Parlor was impressive to hear but I am a little surprised that to my ear the C10 adi/mahogany is my favorite. Such an impressive collection too. The folks at Collings need to put you on their marketing budget and this video sells each model. Thanks for putting this together and sharing.

Hey Dale, I particularly liked that C10, it looks gorgeous and the sound is fantastic. I myself have an OM1, same woods combination, needles to say, great sound. I may be biased in my opinion, but I am a mahogany guy! Congrats on your collection! Keep enjoying them and uploading your music, it is so nice to see an hear your playing. Saludos!

Happy to see another video. There are no losers in that bunch! For an intimate finger picking session at home or studio, that first small parlor would be tough to beat, but my choice for all-around tone is the last guitar you played. ✌️

Wow! This is a great exercise Del, ( I think that is your name from memory). This may take a little while to work out from listening a number of times. I shall get back to you possibly tomorrow. But the second guitar and the last one were pleasing to my ears. And all the ones in between were in no way lacking in tone. Thanks for sharing this with us. I would like a quality Collings guitar for finger style and flat picking ( I could only afford one) . Perhaps you can recommend one that would be suitable , or maybe even sell me one. I live in Northern Ireland where they make various quality guitars but believe me none of them have the American sound that I want. Very best to you for this year, I shall have a few more listens over the weekend and get back to you. 🌌🌠🕊🙋♂️

Beautiful playing Dale. There are so many wonderful memories and emotions when I hear this song now. I so remember the song, its author Kerry Livgren, this band called Kansas and, yes, the indelible memory of what the violinist, the late, great Robby Steinhardt added to this song. He not only added his violin part but added with his amazing voice. Rest In Peace Robby. The world and especially Tampa Bay is still mourning.

That's a hard pick my friend but I think for me it's either O1T or the Baby 2H but I really love the warm sound of the C10 adi/mahogany as well. Either way I believe you could play a broom stick with a string on it and it would sound great, you the man my friend and my favorite guitarist of LLB...
