Impressive collection there Richard..Great to see all those posthumous releases, many I haven't seen before..shame you didn't get some of those OGs with the posters, but I guess they all went up on bedroom walls back in the day. I have a copy of the first Tyrannosaurus Rex album with an original Regal Zonophone jacket, but the vinyl is a 70s reissue??.. Really enjoyed seeing these, looking forward to seeing more of your glam collection.

Hi Rob, I used to own the poster from Electroc Warrior when I was a kid as my cousin gave me it. It went up on the wall and has long since been lost.

Dandy In The Underworld is your least favourite? Surprising. I’ve always rated it a middle of the pack T.Rex album. My least favourite is Zinc Alloy. The Slider has always been my number 1 but over the years my love for Tanx has grown. It will end up my favourite one day. Great collection by the way

Interesting stuff, Richard. I have never gotten into T-Rex and Bolan; they never caught on in the US in the mainstream, and at the time he was around, I was still a pre-teen and mainstream was all I had access to. So outside of "Bang A Gong", which was a hit here, I didn't really know him. I have been meaning to go back and check out more of the music indepth but have never gotten around to it, so now I have a reason to add it to my list again! Fantastic as always, my friend!

I only have 20th Century Boy and Electric Warrior. I have often thought of buying The Slider, but never got around to it. Massive collection, i had no idea. Do you know when Bolan's family finally got the full rights to Marc's recordings? From what i know it took to about 2010's. Pasi

I know there was a TV programme about it but am not aware when the rights were transferred to his family.

Extensive collection! I have a copy of The Slider from the early 1980s. Annoyingly it was reissued with a different cover (Marc On Wax). Why would they do that! I see you dont have any of those reissues with unoriginal covers 😊.

It was really annoying. I had Tanx, Zinc Alloy & Zip Gun from that series but I was happy at the time as the originals had long been deleted and at least I had the music. I have since got rid of them lol.
