Hello! Welcome to my KZbin channel! My name is Kate and I want to use this space to challenge taboos and encourage more people to talk openly about things that are important to them.
Today's video is a little background into my contraceptive journey and the struggles I have had along the way; I certainly won't be the only one to have experienced these difficulties so I wanted to share them to try and help others do the same!

Also, do not feel like you need to take hormonal contraception; it is a choice and is completely up to the individual, just make sure whatever form of contraception you choose keeps you safe and healthy!
