Glad your on the mend Gaby its encouraging to hear. It must have come as a shock especially if you've been careful. Where i work I see 'some' people all day treating the whole thing with disregard....& then there is those who still think its all a hoax .

Glad your on the mend. I don’t think people realise how bad it is! I had it in March and although I’m no longer contagious, it’s giving me a permanent fever for 8 months!

Aww Hi Gaby I'm so glad your feeling better. My sister has learning disabilities and she has it . She lives in a care home and it's been hard to explain to her what's happening. I'm so looking forward to seeing her but I can't at the moment. I'm so pleased you are OK hun do you live in Scratby ?? .I've stayed there on family holidays. I'm so familiar with this area been coming there so long since I was a baby . My Nan was from Norwich so we always went to Norfolk. Lovely to see you both thanks for sharing with us love Tracey xx

I had it a month ago caught from a women at a retirement lunch in London. Around 35 guests 10 of us caught it! My husband & I started same symptoms at same time 2 days later, by the 4 day we were positive.
