I triple cleanse in the shower(bar soap cleanse, shower gel cleanse and armpit and private part cleanse) and it’s a game changer especially because I sweat easily. With deodorant and a thick moisturizer I use the Vaseline oat one. Prefect combo

I love Paula's Choice!😍 Her Vitamin C and the BHA Exfoliant have been amazing for my acne and hyperpigmentation. I started exfoliating the body because of you years ago and I will never go back to not exfoliating. It's helped with smoother shaved, KP, and strawberry legs soo much 🫶

Keratosis Pilaris is more so overproduction of protein, it’s not something that can really just go away. I was diagnosed with it back when I was in middle school and have had it since I was like 5. It’s more than just “strawberry skin” like was said. They’re raised bumps rather than dots or a complexion thing. They’re bumps that you can scratch and hair will come up but the bumps always come back. Dry, cracked skin is another part of it. Something that helps is a diet with less dairy and protein. Sometimes they go away with age as well.

Dry brushing is great for exfoliation, but also for lymphatic drainage throughout the body. Any other form of exfoliation is a no go for me... My skin is way to sensitive.

Naturium makes a 2% salicylic acid body spray that works amazing, I get a pimple right between my breasts and also i tend to breakeout on my shoulders. I used a quick spray after my shower and my skin has cleared up completely. Good stuff
