My only suggestion is: people shouldn't question what something's for. Have a leaf sprout tied around something, have a bowl sitting in a bowl cozy, etc. It will also provide a more dynamic display which will draw more people in. Looks good. Wish you luck at your market. My only suggestion would be; maybe for the more smaller items, so they don't get lost on the table. How about like a tier basket, like for fruit/cupcakes? Each layer you can fan out the items, like the bookmarks.

So excited for you!!! You are, however, wasting a lot of valuable space!! Build UP! You can get crates really inexpensively at Home Depot if you have those stores around you - or Lowes, or Joanne Fabrics on sale. Or thrift stores sometimes have them. I usually pay about $10 for them. Thrift stores, garage sales, Facebook marketplace are all great places for items for display. Binder clips are great for clipping items to the front of your table, but as you are using a tent don't hesitate to hang things on the tent - it will help draw people in. I'm curious if you have a tent why you are only allowed one table and not be able to utilize the entire 10 x 10 space? The chalkboard sign legs have slits in them - the slits are meant to join together - hope that makes sense. Bookmark corners will be great in a cute little basket. And FYI baby wipes are great for cleaning off the chalkboard signs and putting new pricing on them. A crate with the opening towards you and the bottom of the crate facing out is great to keep your cash box in and then on top can be your checkout stand. You can put a sign on the front with your business name. For the bowl cozy - have a bowl with to show it. Ice cream cozy - empty ice cream container (cleaned) and for the makeup bag - put some makeup in it and have it open. Best of luck!!! Hope I was able to offer some helpful tips!!

My only suggestion would be to have a more tiered or structured setup for the sewn items like the pouches and bowl cozies to add height and draw the eye in from further away. Sometimes, if everything is just at table level, people walking by don't see anything 'of interest' and just keep going.

Hi! I also have the keychain stands you have. To save some space, you can turn them sideways, and put hooks on the front and back, and stagger them so the stuff can be seen better, not clumped. You can put one at the other end of the table for your plant sprouts. Another space saver, for the makeup bags, you could make a bunch of swatches, of all the patterns of fabric you have made them in, and put them on a big binder ring for people to look through. I've done 5 markets now, and it's never easy for me to figure up my set up. Good luck, all your hard work is Omazing 😊

Suggestions I thought of are: - Try to have an additional row of the coaster sets behind the display ones-- people generally hesitate to grab display pieces which may deter them from buying - Maybe get more layered/tiered display pieces (like acrylic display risers on Amazon, or even cheap little Walmart crates flipped on the side and stacked, or upside down as a riser) - You could totally try displaying a leaf sprout tied around the jewelry hanger! It can help people visualize it better (I'm still working on a good way to display my headwear accessories...) - Never be afraid to put your prices in multiple places! Personally, I have small tags attached to each individual product and also larger signs (I've never done a 1-table market set-up, though) listing the same thing-- helps to reduce crowding in one area or people walking away because they can't read the price signs from where they are Overall, looks great for a 1-table set-up! I'd probably lose my mind trying to configure my stuff for one table, so kudos to you, haha

It looks so good! I think that if you would put one of the bookmarks on a book and a cup in one of the cupcozies it would be more clear as to what the products are for and people might want to buy them more easily :)

I think you should have a bucket full of makeup bags, and only a few makeup bags on the table. But if you want to, suggest that you do have more fabric options to the customers. And also maybe same for the bookmarks.

You're going to have so much fun :) Like others have said, I think putting your items on display using props (a book, a cup of noodles/empty ice cream pint, leaf sprout tied to something, maybe WEAR a bandanna you've made, etc.) will help those who aren't as familiar with crochet and yarn crafts to see and really appreciate your work.

One tip that i did for my first market was as i made items, i would write the price after and create a price list spreadsheet. that way i had full access to it if i ever forgot what the price was and underprice my items by accident. definitely recommend it!

Suggestion if no one else said it... if you can find boxes or stacking tables to elevate stuff in the back it will also give you more room to display. This is what I used to do when I sold my crafts at markets or fairs. 🧡

I have the same mini chalkboards! The legs sit in each other (there should be a slit on the legs to shove them together) and the actual chalkboard rests on the curved part if that makes sense ❤❤

Look around your house for some paperback books. Wrap 'em up in some wrapping paper 'cause you want to use them as "risers" in 2s or 3s around the table top to keep your place from looking boring. ~ & you don't have to stack 'em up too neatly - keeps things interesting. You sure were productive!

This is a great spread for your first show! I hope it went well ☺️ Some tips for future shows that I would offer: think about what brings YOU into a table at a fair and emulate that. For me, seeing things at different heights on the table entices me in, rather than just things laying out on the table. Having some risers (even just dollar store baskets upside down work) acts to add some visual dynamics. Also props! For the bookmarks, maybe have a book out to show people how they work. Seeing a book on the table while I’m walking past quickly immediately registers as something I like, whereas seeing a square of fabric out of the corner of my eye isn’t gonna draw me in. Thats just an example, but things like that!! Could also add an empty ice cream pint to show how the cozies work.. that kinda stuff. Again though, it really looks great for your first show (: ❤

The crochet half of the table looks amazing!! I think the sewing side looks a little messy/overwhelming though. Maybe less to display and putting the bookmarks in a little basket could help. Also, what about your little octopus Squishies!!

Yo idk if you’re already at the market but I was thinking cause you said in your last video that you’re selling the basket the leafsprouts are in you might wanna put a sign on it so people know otherwise it just seems like storage , also people might hold back on buying it cause it’s holding stuff so maybe have a backup like a bowl or non selling basket Also maybe it’s a good idea to put small paper tags with the prices on the crochet items (threading a small string or a bit of yarn with a tag or piece of paper ) but that’s a lot of work so I’d get if you don’t but I feel like for shy or anxious people it leaves less questions so they don’t feel awkward asking in case they can’t tell the prices I wish you good luck with the market either way :)

U should only have a few makeup bags so people don't feel overwhelmed and try to make sure to get something that helps people come to your table, something with height I've only done 1 craft market but I learned that people really like to be able to pick a go so it would be best to have some of the smaller things with less options up front because some kids might like them too take more crochet stuff out it will help and sorry if this is long hope u have fun make sure to bring snacks and drinks
