that animated final battle at the end literally captured everything I loved about ultra sun and ultra moon. The designs for the new Pokémon in this game were cool as hell when it first came out and they still are to me, and the music. Ultra Necrozma’s theme creates a genuinely intimidating aura around it. While this game definitely has its problems, quite a few really, the feel you get from struggling with each final battle and winning is just so satisfying.

That’s some courage you got there talking back to GOD Edit: The ending credit scene is amazing!!! Unlike other anime fights where there’s so many fancy effects, the way you do it is perfect. It’s got enough action in it that it doesn’t need those effects to be good. Not to mention those Z-MOVE ANIMATIONS WERE SO FRIGGIN COOL

28:40 if you look very carefully (or just slow down the vid) You can see a glimpse of what is maybe a Giratina and also at the end when all of Yong’s team members get their eyes crossed out a brief glimpse of a Giratina appears. Hint at a Platinum Nuzlocke?

I love how the incinaroar vs tanjiro fight was packed with demon slayer references, with incinaroar taking the Akaza stance and using rengoku and tanjiro using constant flux and instead of a dragon it’s garydos
