She’s been burned in the past with business & that’s most likely the reason for her not wanting to hire someone that close to her. Hey, I’m gonna be honest and throw this out there. I feel like one of the reasons you don’t feel like you keep up with your video schedule is because you put so much pressure on yourself to preform. You kept apologizing in this video like it wasn’t good enough for your own personal standards. When the reality is there is NOTHING wrong with this video. You are human with a dynamic personality. Why can’t your videos reflect that? Some videos are gonna represent the more detailed side of you, some are gonna be the more funny side of you and some are going to represent the more chill side of you. Who says that wrong? I think you put a performance pressure on yourself and if you were to let that go and breathe you might enjoy making videos more because you are suffocating yourself anymore. We love you. Whatever content you bring out is gonna be good enough because you are good enough! Just let go and breathe, you are doing big things and we are proud of you!

I have really dry skin too and live for this kind of video! 💛 I’ve taken all your foundation/concealer recommendations and they literally changed my life. I would love to see a video with dry skin tips in general, maybe one for summer and one for winter! (Skincare, makeup, morning + nightly routine) It feels like most beauty youtubers have normal-oily skin and almost none of their face makeup recommendations work for anyone w dry skin :(
