After having 2 babies in 11 months I have struggled to lose weight and keep it off. Plus with hypothyroidism I feel at a disadvantage but watching your videos has helped in the process of changing my mindset.

Seeing you and your story with hypothyroidism is inspirational. I’ve gained about 50 pounds in a year and a half before I was diagnosed. Since then I’ve been struggling with losing more than 10 pounds.

Know that you CAN get back to where you want to be. Don't let hypo prevent you from doing it. You are so much stronger than that.

I wake up at 4:30 am, I pray to god, then I stretch up to 30-40 mins and run for 30 mins. Go to school come back and go to gym and lift for about 1:30 mins and abs workout. Come back do my homework and around 8 pm I spar in jiu jutsu and come back around 10 pm and go to sleep and repeat

I’ve struggled with thyroid issues for 15 years and I recently switched to tironsint instead of something like Levothyroxine and it’s completely changed the stability of my levels. It’s amazing and what helps me is that it’s dye free and synthetic free.

Just got your Bridal Bootcamp program to do with my best friend before her wedding... I love that none of the nutrition or workouts are too complicated. Just simple, but super effective exercises and nice, clean food! Plus, who doesn’t love some best friend sweat sessions? Thanks, girl! 💖

Ok I’m new to watching and just finished watching the weight loss testimony and commented on how you hit a cord in my heart. I got this. Well ok I got to lose 40 pounds but you have given me the extra boost to get moving. So about two weeks ago I joined the gym my family has been attending for 4 years and I’m proud I finally did it. The excitement came when watching this video with you in the gym. I had to take a double take and almost fell off the treadmill bc it’s my gym. Well I won’t say the name but they are all the same across USA. Wow. Just another confirmation I’m moving in the right direction. Love you. And thank you from the bottom of my healthy heart😍

I'm trying to get athletic amenorrhea so I can do gymnastics comfortably and then in the future, cheerleading, therefore I need a strict and effective daily workout and stretching routine, not to mention I also need to loose a bit of weight... But putting that aside this is really encouraging and I love inspirational people like you🥺❤️

I love your routine cause is really fresh and healthy. I have trouble fitting all of that into a 9-5 lifestyle which is the one that most of us live but definitely do-able. I workout 5 times a week so I'm not excusing myself here just keeping perspective that even though this daily fitness routine is top notch, it takes a lot of time that some of us don't have. I do a lot of your suggestions but I divide them differently through out the day. Keep the videos coming cause your content is great! I imagine the LSF app is incredible.

I feel like a bear coming out of hibernation in the Spring! Yahoo for normal blood levels! Do you feel better when your levels are normal? My problem is I still feel like crap when the doc says my levels look good with all the signs of low thyroid. Do you wait to have your coffee & to eat after taking your thyroid? I want my coffee as soon as my eyes open & find it VERY hard to wait the 30min- an hour. Enjoy this beautiful Spring day! XO

A combo of my levels being normal and my nutrition being on point is the key for me. Levels is just the basic first step, but the rest of my life has to be equally healthy for sure. xo

Found your channel and it's so informative. I feel you are telling my story. I have struggled with hypothyroidism and my antibodies are high. They suspect an autoimmune like hashimoto thyroiditis. I need to lose 45 pounds. I Am taking my thyroid meds. I have eliminated gluten and sugar and eating more whole foods. Walking 1 mile (@ 3.7 speed). Lifting weights. About 6 weeks. I haven't seen any weight loss. But sticking with it because I feel so much stronger!! Not so much about the numbers but how I feel and how my clothes fit. Wondering about the recipe for the hanger bombs? Where. I am not on instagram.

Love your morning routine! You are glowing and so inspiring! I am a little jealous at those who can have a routine on their own. I am trying to lean up but my thyroid medication is really off but my doctor know nothing about thyroid so it is really hard to get help.

Yah for sure! They aren't cheap at all. This one is Hypervolt by Hyperice. It's pretty amazing, but also an investment.

I don't know if you're aware of this but you should wait an hour to eat food or consume dairy after taking thyroid medication. I have to drink my coffee black after I take my pill in the morning. Otherwise, it hinders your absorption of the medicine. I take levothyroxine. Not sure if you do too. 😊

People, this is a routine for those who does not have kids, who does not need to work everyday for living! Only can do workouts at home when all the kids go to sleep after 9 pm, or wake up before every one like before 6 am.....

I don't have kids, that's for sure. However, I do work for a living thank you very much. I run my own business and have a team that works with me on it, so please don't assume that because I have a routine to my day, it means I don't work. Not true ;)

This was an awesome video...thank you so much. One question-I have hypothyroidism as well. My Endocrinologist emphasizes taking my medicine first thing in the morning but to wait 1 hour before eating anything. Do you do that, too?

The absorption of thyroid medication can be inhibited by certain foods, specifically dairy products! Always good to wait at least 30 minutes to eat. Better to wait an hour 😃

Rachel Peters I’ve actually researched a bit on dairy 🥛 and it is actually best to wait 3 to 4 hours till you consume any type of dairy.

Question: So I am also hypothyroid Ive always been told not to drink coffee or eat anything within an hour of taking my medicine. Have you heard this before?

That is true! Thyroid meds need to be taken on an empty stomach so nothing interferes with its absorbtion. I used to take my Synthroid in the morning but I like to drink coffee asap so I switched to taking mine right before bed.
