You're welcome! Yes many people say the juice will loose nutrients & has to be consumed right away but as long as you freeze any leftover juice immediately it will be just fine. I freeze mine to not have to make it daily & save time

Queen Toshe Do you do this method with smoothies too or just juice?

Oh girl! You have convinced me to get the Omega! I've heard lots about it and I'm tired of my "wet" pulp from my juicer because it reminds me that I'm wasting money.

Fennel is so dang good in juices !! I use a funnel too 😂 sucks yeah cleaning it almost everyday, however juicing gives you so much energy that it makes it a piece of cake.

almost one year later lol..... I'm going to try this. I use to juice often but it does take so much time. Prep and cleaning....😣. I can't imagine a total green juice with no fruit lol. You are brave, so I'll try it!

I don't juice fruit either. Your taste buds adjust. I find if I juice beets, carrots, or red bell pepper, it sweetens it just enough.

I got so sick of smoothies too. I still have them occasionally as a snack , but not having large smoothies for breakfast anymore. As for juicing, I have a breville...which sucks at juicing greens...I put in a whole head of kale and get a teaspoon of juice. it is great for all other fruits and veg, just not greens. I paid a lot of money for it a few years ago and it is past the time where I can return it so I am stuck with it .
@SweetPotatoSoul10 жыл бұрын

@SweetPotatoSoul9 жыл бұрын
4mydearlady Great question!! Smoothies you can do in a blender, or even in your new food processor if it has a seal along the sides of it (my Cuinsart machine does). You can blend the greens then strain them through a mesh strainer to remove the fiber for a juice ;)
