I went through most of my life with an undiagnosed anxiety disorder and clinical depression. It was difficult for me to participate in life, find joy, and be happy. such a well scripted and edited video! I appreciated how the tips were so specific like about social media and when you complete tasks - it's a lot more helpful than videos that just say "work out everyday" and "make a to do list" so I defs wanna try implementing some of these things!

I loved this. I’ve also been feeling very lethargic and unmotivated recently, and I’ve been really struggling to get back on track. I love your tip on checking emails and doing easier tasks later in the day, because I usually do the opposite but then (like you) find I have less energy as the day goes on for my bigger tasks. Super helpful (and great quality) video!!

I've been feeling sluggish for the longest, being anemic (I didn't realize how serious it really is until recently) and going through mental difficulties is tough. This is a sign, I've been wanting to get a check up, I had my first therapy session yesterday and my therapist recommended me to get my thyroid and vitamin D checked + your video. Anyway, sorry for the paragraph, thank you so much Asia for your videos :) and if anyone is reading this and feeling dejected, you got this, I believe in you!

This was actually a great morning routine video. It's not a basic video. It gives you tips that really help you, like doing the big work in the mornings. You should do a night routine just as real as this one. Much love ❤

Self-introspection is so important and allows us to make changes where it’s needed so that our lives are easier and improves happiness. I love your routine, it’s so structured but not aggressive or demanding and allows room for days when you aren’t feeling 100%. I do the same thing with tasks! I did this after reading Daniel H. Pink's book called “When”. He basically discussed how our brains are wired really have so much fuel in the morning and naturally have an empty tank by the afternoon. So doing bigger tasks first really is the wisest way. The wfh stint because of the pandemic has really had me constantly figuring out my routine. What I've noticed recently is that we shouldnt also be limited by the productivity norms. Like how it's okay of you're most productive at night versus the ideal 9-5. Loved this video. Very straight to the point and helpful!

I loved the bit in the beginning where you validated feeling unmotivated bc that’s exactly where I am rn 🥺 also I’m definitely trying your charging the phone outside the room and no social media ok 12pm!!! i feel like I never really acknowledged I have a social media problem until I realised I itch to reach for my phone as soon as I open my eyes lol. like that is not ok 🥵

This video is so wonderful! I am ALWAYS exhausted doing the big admin/business tasks at the end of the day, hadn't even thought about starting them earlier no matter what haha. Just get them out of the way and focus. Thanks for your insight and for sharing such a lovely video!

oh vitamin d is so important! i'm type 1 diabetic (and have been vitamin d deficient prior to diagnosis) and my dr told me there is a HUGE link between diabetes and vitamin d deficiency. thanks for the inspiration to get my life more together!
