I have been on keto and carnivore lifestyle for a year. It was the keto flu because you got off carnivore and went back. I have reversed type 1 diabetes, fatty liver and I had pain in my neck and ahoulder which is gone. Also no more hypertension. Keto is what got me homesteading, eating clean Healthy foods.

No worries Justin- nobody’s normal, we all just hide it well. Wish I could zap that problem for ya bud, you’ve helped me narrow a lot of plans down to better than stupid and I live a life a lot like the one you’re showing off here today. Sometimes having a limp makes the man strengthen his mind and body, your success may in part be thanked by the hardship

When I go off carnivore I fast at least 24hrs. I just ended a 66hr fast with bacon and eggs and butter. FYI not wise to add potassium unless you are tested as low, very dangerous if your level is normal or high. I test low so I have rx for potassium. Good luck getting back on track and feeling good

I worry about you Justin. You look very pale. I admire your work. My husband was very sick for a long time. He described it as crashing. The drs. tested him once for lime since he had two bullseye rashes on his legs when we lived in the country. The test was negative. He should have been tested again. Oh how I wish he was still here. He passed away a year ago after having a biopsy that he was not suppose to have. He basically bled to death. Keep doing research and keep your faith. You have a beautiful family and a wonderful life.

Lyme disease is a terrible affliction. Hope you get better. Have you ever read where Lyme disease originated? Named after Lyme, Connecticut just a few miles north of Plum Island. I think it originated from Plum Island and the United States government research. A connection the authorities don't want you to know. My alma mater, Georgia Southern University has the Smithsonian tick collection. It's not by accident with all the government research my friend. Let me tell you, I was drafted into the Army '67. I was ordered with others to have medical experiments performed on me. These experiments were NEVER put into my Army medical records. I'm madder than hell. I was sent to the Republic of Vietnam '68. Never let your kids go into the military. Eaglegards...

Sounds like fibro too bless u ive had it for yrs
@lourdesdoty77653 жыл бұрын
Lynn Stanton, if dr.s are telling you have fibro, it is very likely you have undiagnosed chronic lyme. Fibro is a symptom. Not a diagnosis. I speak from experience. My dr had me on pain control for decades for fibro and chronic pain. When all along, it was undiagnosed lyme disease. So for probably 25 years, lyme was able to wreak havoc throughout every cell , organ and system in my body and head.

You really need to watch your intake of Potassium. I would not even think of taking extra unless your bloodwork shows your deficient. If you overwhelm your Kidney's which scrub your excess Electrolytes. too many electrolytes can be unhealthy: Too much sodium, formally referred to as hypernatremia, can cause dizziness, vomiting, and diarrhea. Too much potassium, known as hyperkalemia, can impact your kidney function and cause heart arrhythmia, nausea, and an irregular pulse. You could be ruining your health which will land you in the hospital.

ROFL - I literally just quoted Yoda this morning “ do, or do not, there is no try” but you have to say it in his voice! If I’m a lady and can, you can totally do it. 😂😂😂 And I’m wondering if I’m having a Lyme flare too. I just emailed my doc about it today. I’m sooo depressed. And crying for no reasons. But I just can’t afford to eat this way all the time, and gosh the supplements are so expensive. And I’m just tired of being so restrictive in my diet. My ultrasound showed I have fatty liver (I’m thin) and I have calcification a in my kidney AND gallbladder. I also have leaky gut due to a vaccine reaction and am allergic to eggs, milk, cane sugar, almonds.... and so many others. 😭😭😭

It all depends if you just caught it or it has gone into the cronic stage. If he just caught it, it can be cured with antibiotics and following a drs care. Here is more info: "Up to five percent of untreated people have chronic neurological complaints like shooting pain or numbness, or memory and concentration problems, months to years later. And a “small percentage” of those treated with antibiotics report symptoms that last for months to years, including arthritis pain, memory problems and fatigue. " Sounds like what he is experiencing. You can google and read more about it.
