I've never thought of sprinkling cinnamon on sliced apples. I'll have to try that on my kids. One of my simple pleasures is assembling my kids' little plates. I love making them colorful with healthy food. I love being able to provide them with what they need. That was a fun part of your video.

Aww, Sarah!!🎉 I've learnt about good nutrition by "helping" my grandma and mom cooking as a kid and all the rest of precious homemaking skills by doing life with them!😊 This is something that I realized only once I became a mom myself and I always let my kids help... You'll never regret it even through the "mess"😅 Great content, Sarah! I'm so excited!!🎉 Those muffins!! 😊❤

Sarah, have you tried milk raw? You'll likely be able to digest it better because it has lactose and lactase - during the homogenization / pasteurization process it destroys the part of the milk your body needs to break down the lactose. It is way healthier and easier to digest.

I would guess this isn’t every day. In her vlogs on the old channel she would have some kitchen days, some house chores days, days out and about, etc. She has mentioned that homeschool is done in the kitchen area so she can monitor and help while she’s in the kitchen. Children don’t need much schooling at their age either. I taught Montessori kindergarten and 45 minutes of direct instruction each day was all the kids needed and they were just about all testing at 2/3rd grade level at the end of the year

Run a sink of soapy hot water and put all dishes in as you go and wash them in a spare moment of waiting. Continuously wipe down surfaces. Have "hot zones" where you don't allow stuff to sit and instead put it away straight away (e.g. one of my three kitchen surfaces is a "hot zone" so there's always one clean surface). Put down a sheet of newspaper and pile all vegetable scraps in that, then fold it up and compost/bin when done, not wiping up required.

Random question as I was watching your video: do your kiddos ever not eat the meal you prepare for them? I wouldn’t consider my kids picky eaters but every so often they go through phases where they just don’t eat what I make and I tend to have a lot of food waste. So follow up question: if your kids do not eat their food: what do you do with the leftovers (throw away or attempt to save)?
@micahmaxim
