My day with a 2016 Hertz Shelby GT-H Mustang

I recently flew up to San Francisco to spend a day in this 2016 Hertz Shelby GT-H mustang. It was a great day for a drive, and I came away from this drive thinking how badly I need an exhaust and lowering kit for my own 2012 GT.
The serial number of this car (for you collectors out there) is 16H0022.

Sweet ride, I like tem all but the Mopars are my favorite. Challenger SRT is the top choice and is one hot car. Those are some beautiful view, I went to Monterey high so I know the area.

Here in 2023 Awesome review awesome car!! My friend just rented one of these down in south Florida almost in mint condition and I have to say it is a super sweet ride GLUED to the ground!! Never thought I would say that about a mustang 😮🏁 Definitely will be/is a collectors item!! CURRENT MARKET VALUE 60/70K

A manual definitely would have made this a lot more fun! I will say that the automatic transmission in this car is quite good though. In the opening sequence of this video you can hear the car shifting normally (slowly) under hard acceleration, but it wasn't until later in the day that I discovered that putting it in sport mode will tighten up the shifts and do automatic rev matching when slowing down. I didn't get video of it unfortunately, but in sport mode, shifting under hard acceleration is instant and sounds incredible. Wish I didn't discover it so late in the drive!
